Deborah Surkitt, the chief whisk behind Always Cake, took a leap of faith from a 15-year career as a paramedic to the world of baking. In what she affectionately refers to as a "pre-midlife crisis", Deborah followed her heart's desire and launched the Always Cake Bakery.

With a passion for making people smile through delicious treats, Deborah and her team have catered events, opened the charming Always Cake Cafe in Ribchester's Stydd Gardens, and are now on a mission to cultivate a team who embody love and dedication in every creation to Preston and the surrounding area.
